His journey started over 25 years ago, the famous Captain Larry also known as Mr. Aleric Worrell, is a fun, loving, kind-hearted and people friendly individual who loves his country Barbados. As a younger man, Captain Larry always possessed a passion for the Tourism Industry. He started off as a tour guide and taxi driver and he continued on this journey as his knowledge and skills grew vastly, taking guests around his island. He later discovered he had a talent for obtaining sales, he therefore used this talent as the key steppingstone which led to great success.

As the years went by he grew comfortable in this field and gained expertise and knowledge. He expanded his dream team with tour guides who are just as passionate and dedicated about their job and Barbados. His aim for every guest is to have a memorable experience in Barbados on their tour by showcasing the authentic beauty and culture of Barbados.
