Tips for Riding Safely

There are a few tips for all riders to follow to help ensure a safe ride:

Ride in the same direction as traffic.

Follow all traffic signs and signals.

Yield to pedestrians.

Walk bikes on sidewalks.

Use hand signals when turning, and do not to weave in and out of traffic.

Never ride distracted. Wearing headphones in both ears is never a good idea.

Please do not use your phone while riding.

Payment in full is required to book your reservation. Credit card or cash payments accepted. May cancel 48 hours prior with no fee. Each rider in the rental party must demonstrate confident and capable riding prior to departure. Each rider must sign a waiver and wear closed shoes (no sandals, flip flops, or clogs) and wear a helmet (provided).

Cancellation policy:

To receive a full refund, you must contact us directly through email or phone 48 hours prior to your rental or tour start time. Any time after that we will charge 100% (no refund is given). We have a limited number of EBIKES available, we hope you understand. Please contact ASAP if you are going to cancel. If you want to reschedule, you must do so within 48 hours of the start time of your rental or tour. Anytime after that, $25 USD (per person) will be charged to your account.  We cannot provide a refund for no shows.
